Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items such as cosmetics, eyelashes, and earrings cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return
Email us at rajputshoaib627@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll offer a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs
